Dr. Shivakant Upadhyaya embodies the spirit of transformational leadership and lifelong learning. As Dean of the School of Business Management, he brings over 40 years of rich experience spanning the corporate and academic worlds. A Ph.D. in Management and alumnus of the Senior Management Programme at IIM Ahmedabad, Dr. Upadhyaya has held key roles at Ranbaxy, Sun Pharma, Goldshield, Emami, and Easyway Germany before dedicating himself to shaping future leaders in management education. His journey reflects a rare blend of strategic vision, practical wisdom, and a deep commitment to excellence.

Renowned for his engaging teaching style and human-centered approach to leadership, Dr. Upadhyaya has mentored thousands of professionals and students through his work with premier institutions such as IIMs, IITs, UCLA, and eCornell. A certified Emotional Intelligence coach and experiential learning advocate, he designs programs that help individuals discover their potential and lead with empathy, resilience, and integrity.
